We take pride in providing authentic, limited, and collectible sneakers and apparel. Please review our updated return policy below before making your purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • In original packaging, with all tags, accessories, and shoe boxes intact

  • Free from wear, stains, or damage

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All such products will be clearly marked as “Final Sale” on their product page.


2. Return Process

  1. Email support@cafedelasole.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return authorization.

  2. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.


3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which covers inspection, handling, and processing.
This fee will be deducted from your refund total once the return is received and verified.


4. Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee and shipping) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item does not meet our return requirements, it will be sent back to you at your expense.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

We’ll review and resolve the situation as quickly as possible — either with a replacement (if available) or a refund.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Used, worn, or altered merchandise

  • Items missing original packaging or tags


7. Authenticity Guarantee

Every item sold by Café de la Sole is 100% authentic. Each product is verified and inspected before shipping. We do not accept returns on the basis of authenticity disputes unless verified through our internal process.
