We take pride in delivering your sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping details below before completing your purchase.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Once your order is verified, packaged, and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • During high-traffic periods (major releases or restocks), processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience while we handle your heat with care.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days after processing.

  • All shipments include tracking numbers and signature confirmation on high-value items.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


3. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

  • International delivery times vary by region, generally 7–21 business days.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost — these are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Due to limited-edition nature, international orders are final sale and cannot be returned once shipped.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on select drops or minimum-order thresholds — keep an eye on our homepage or newsletter.


5. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate.

  • Café de la Sole is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as Delivered by the carrier — contact the carrier directly for claim assistance.


6. Order Issues or Returns

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Include your order number, photos of the packaging, and the issue details.
    We’ll do our best to make it right.


7. Pre-Orders & FCFS Drops

  • For limited or First Come, First Serve releases, processing and verification may take additional time before shipping.

  • You’ll be notified by email with updates until your pair is on the way.
